DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We do require appointments to try on any gowns, these are especially needed on weekends. Because we are a boutique we have limited dressing room space and would like to make sure every bride has a consultant working with them. If we have a free dressing room we can accommodate walk-ins, but it is best to call ahead.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES?

Of course!  We are fans of anything that makes your shopping experience easier, and taking photographs makes it much easier to remember the gowns you love after you leave our boutique.

WHEN WILL MY GOWN ARRIVE & WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?

Each wedding gown is made specifically for each bride, therefore delivery times do vary.  Production timelines vary by designer and time of year, but on average our designers take between four and six months for production and delivery. Because our delivery time usually range between four and six months we recommend ordering nine months before the wedding whenever possible so that you have plenty of time to decide on accessories and to get alterations on your gown.  If you simply do not have that much time before your wedding, many of our designers do have a rush option, which is an additional fee.  We also carry many samples in our boutique that are available immediately off the rack at deep discounts.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR GOWNS COST?

The prices of our gowns vary by season but we try to keep the average price at around $1,400.  We have sample gowns from past seasons that are available off the rack for a few hundred dollars. Our 2010 gown collection ranges in price from $750.00 to $3,000.00.

WHAT ABOUT ALTERATIONS?

While we do not have a seamstress who works in our boutique, we do have a seamstress  that we refer exclusively to Blue brides.  We recommend budgeting between $150-$400 for alterations, but this may require some flexibility depending on the amount of changes you wish to make to your gown.

WHAT SAMPLE SIZES DO YOU CARRY?

Most of our samples are a bridal size 10 or 12. For most of our designers these samples will fit more like a size 6 or 8 in everyday clothes. We understand that sample gowns are not going to fit perfectly.  To make shopping a little easier, we have clips that we use to gather the fabric so you can better envision what each gown would look like in your size and when its tailored to you.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Because we have such a great location in the center of downtown Denver, parking is at a premium.  However, there is a garage in the Pavilions on 15th Street and Glenarm (where we park) which has hourly parking, and there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area downtown.
