The 2013 Hayley Paige Bridal collection was by far our favorite collection of the week! The bolero on the Leighton bridal dress pictured below with crystals and jewel clusters was absolutely the most stunning bolero we’ve seen, and in combination with the dress, left our jaws on the floor. We’ve already had brides calling us about this dress, so we know we made the right pick! You’ll be able to see this beautiful wedding dress as well as the most beautiful lace “Juliet” dress this Spring at Blue Bridal! Both dresses have optional boleros, gorgeous sweetheart necklines, and amazing fabrics. Check them out for yourself in just a few months at Blue Bridal!

You have to respect a bridal gown company as well known and established as Pronovias. Using a team of more than 70 people, inspired by Pronovias Creative Director Manuel Mota, this design house brilliantly creates around 650 different wedding gowns and party dresses and more than 2,000 accessories each season! The design, model and pattern-cutting teams based at the firm’s Barcelona headquarters work with market information that is constantly fed to them via stores (like us!) and brides (like you!) innovating all the time to create the world’s most important bridal fashion collection. One of the pillars of the company is precisely this capacity for innovation and trend-setting that has made the Group’s products stand out above the rest in the international market. Take a look at just a few of the styles we are excited about getting at both our Denver and Castle Rock locations this fall!

Every single dress we see that’s been designed by Hayley Paige makes us want to get married asap just to wear the dress! Her newest collection left us with that same familiar longing “I want to wear that dress! And that one! And that one!,” but we restrained ourselves and focused on what we should bring to Colorado from the collection based on what we think our brides will love, which is everything! Here are just a few of the styles we were able to see from the new Hayley Paige collection. Get this: the first two styles below are the same dress! The peplum is removable, so it looks like two completely different dresses, how adorable is that?! You can see them too at our Hayley Paige trunk show starting this Friday at Blue Bridal Boutique’s Denver location!

We will be carrying this amazing designer at both our Castle Rock and downtown Denver locations, and we already have a few styles in the store to celebrate! The rest of these amazing designs will be arriving at Blue this fall where you can see the amazing lace, feathers, and other uber feminine details in person! With 2011 coming to a close, we thought it would be fun to revisit some of our favorite events from the past year. Here is just a small list of some of the moments we wanted to remember:
When we decided to do our first annual gown giveaway last January, we knew it was going to be fun, but we had no idea how much fun it would be! Our winner Jodi, still stops by the shop on occasion just to say hi and thank us for giving her the opportunity to win her dress! We think we had just as much fun, if not more, calling Jodi to let her know the good news! Here’s a pic of the gorgeous Mrs. Jodi on her wedding day!
How could we forget our simply todiefor photo shoot with Steve Stanton Photography. We are still trying to get over the breathtaking elegance captured on this shoot, showcasing some of our absolute fave Tara Keely gowns! This one may just be our favorite photo shoot of all time.
Here is Emily, our bride who came in to be a model-for-a-day! After she ordered her dress, we called her up and invited her to leave her day job and join us for a photo shoot showcasing some of our newest gowns for 2011! We had a blast working with Laura Murray Photography, and our gorgeous La Sposa gowns! Emily ordered a La Sposa gown, but we can’t tell you which one! You will be able to see her actual wedding photos soon, but you can bet she will be just as gorgeous in her own gown. Thanks Emily!!
The fave photo of a Tara Keely gown, taken by Kelli Hunt Photography at Estes Park. This photo really showcases the gorgeous backdrop that Colorado brides are so lucky to have! Not to mention, we still can’t get over how cute that little umbrella is!
We were so honored to be included in the first issue of Aspen Bride Magazine! Here is just a peek, but you can read the rest of the article in the “buzz” section of our website. Photo by adam & imthiaz photography.
A stunning fall-inspired weekend photo shoot, with the talented duo adam & imthiaz photography!
Meeting our favorite new designer for 2012 was definitely a moment to remember. Here is a picture from bridal fashion week when we met Miss Hayley Paige for the first time during the unveiling of her collection! We are so proud to be the exclusive retailer for Hayley Paige in Colorado. We had so much fun when she joined us in Denver for our first Hayley Paige trunk show, and we can’t wait until she can come back again for future shows! We love you Hayley!!!
Best photo shoot by an intern! This styled photo shoot was organized from top to bottom by our lovely intern Alex, and boy were we sad to see her go…come back Alex! Alex is back in Oklahoma now working as a buyer, but luckily we still have these photo shoot memories!

With the same clean lines and elegant yet chic details, the Tara Keely by Lazaro Spring 2013 bridal runway collection was breathtaking as usual. Models in luxurious silks, crepes, satins and chiffons floated down the runway as we tried our best to pick our favorite gowns from the collection. It was a hard task, and we found ourselves whispering “love that one!” and “ooohing,” as each model came out in a new and more fabulous wedding gown. Alas, someone has to do the dirty work and we were somehow able to narrow it down to the best of the best of this gorgeous collection. Here is a little taste of what we saw at the show and what you’ll see in our stores this Spring!

One of our favorite things about going to market is finding great new designers, and being able to bring their amazing designs to the Denver market. This season we will be bringing a delightful new addition with Hayley Paige. A new addition to the JLM Couture family, Hayley was previously an associate designer at Priscilla of Boston for Melissa Sweet and Reverie, as well as the Melissa Sweet bridesmaids and social occasion collections.
As far as her design approach for the first season, according to Hayley “My silhouettes emphasize each bride’s unique style using a synthesis of chiffon with velvet, re-embroidered lace with Swiss dot, or super sheer organza with metallic paisley. This collection is an opportunity to romance the sweeter side of femininity, from the quirky and charming to the fun and fabulous.” Hayley Paige gowns are anticipated to retail between $2,500 and $4,000.
Joseph L. Murphy, JLM Couture president and CEO, says he is very pleased that JLM has attracted the services of “one of the brightest young bridal design talents in the bridal market.” He believes Ms. Paige’s design aesthetic represents a niche of styling that is unique to the portfolio of design talent within JLM.
Speaking of her new role at JLM, Ms. Paige said: “I could not be more proud to be cast among such a brilliant and welcoming group of designers. The creativity at JLM is contagious.”
We could not be more excited to be bringing such an amazingly talented designer to Blue! Come meet Hayley Paige during our triple trunk show this weekend {November 18th to 20th} and save 10% on your bridal gown and featured accessories!
